Cascade Junior Varsity traveled to Edgewood to complete the 2-0 sweep Saturday Morning. Cadets would light up the scoreboard for the second week in a row at the junior varsity level, putting up 56 points. Leading the way was JR Kaiden Hodges with 16 carries 208 yards 4 touchdowns and SO Brayden Marcum with 7 carries 96 yards 1 touchdown. Cascade offense would rush for 358 yards on 37 carries. Defensively, Cadets were led by JR Brady Thornburg who tallied 10 tackles and one 43 yard fumble recovery for a touchdown. JR Kaiden Hodges, FR Trent Austin, and FR Mason Howard would rack up 5 tackles a piece. Cadets would outscore the Mustangs 24-14 at halftime and 32-0 in the second half of the game, giving the Cadets a 56-14 victory.
