Cascade Track and Field qualified 10 athletes for the Hoosier State Relays. Colson Mendenhall and Will Thompson competed in a challenging pole vault field falling a little short of their goals. Both of them clearing 12'6" finishing in 13th and 15th place. Wyatt Nohren entered the 60H seeded 23rd and ran an excellent race finishing in 13th place overall. Mara Starika achieved her 3rd best time of the season in the 60H. Our girls 4x400 of Mara Starika, Izzy Gurtig, Creedance Chittenden and Courtney Shostrand finshed in 22nd place. Creedance posted a season PR in 0f 1:05.93 in her leg. Tyler Hege made the podium with a 2nd place finish in the long jump at 20'5.5". Gavin Weakley saw the podium with 6th place finished in both the Long Jump and the High Jump. Up next is our first home outdoor meet on April 9th.
